Service Agreement

Welcome to ownersandbuyers.com LLC.  We offer a forum for FSBO sellers, to market their properties to prospective buyers.  We do not represent either the buyer or the seller.  Please take a moment to review and understand this Service Agreement.

SERVICE

A one-time fee of $379 is charged to anyone listing a property on the ownersandbuyers.com LLC website.  This fee covers a 90-day listing period.  This term expires when your property either reaches the closing date, is taken off the market, is listed with a real estate agent or broker, or when the time period elapses, whichever occurs first. 

• Listings are for one property only and are non-transferable.
• Property owners must agree not to list their property on any other website – excepting a website created by the owner for the sole purpose of listing his or her own property only – nor with any broker, Multiple Listing Service or similar site.
• Owner is responsible for the accuracy of all information posted on the ownersandbuyers.com LLC website.  Any owner deliberately misrepresenting their property will be asked to change the inaccuracy.  Refusing to do so will result in termination of the listing.  Under these circumstances, Owners will not be entitled to any type of refund, full or partial.
• No warranty of any kind is implied or provided.
• No refunds are given.
• Any user submitting a bad check or credit card will be charged a fee of $35 and may be unable to access ownersandbuyers.com LLC’s website in the future.
